In what cases is this medicament disadvised?
The sildénafil should not be used in circumstances below:
* an allergy in the sildénafil or in one of the ingredients of the medicament;
* the catch of a type of derivative nitré whatever form it is (oral, a sublinguale [under the language], cutaneous stamp or pulverisation). Nitrés derivatives include the nitroglycerine and the curative products related used in the relief of a thoracic pain or of the angina pectoris. They also include the nitrite of pentyle under forms popularly indicated "Poppers".
